We recommend the hours your home needs from its size, how much work it needs and any extras (oven, inside the fridge, inside windows, ironing). You can book more or fewer hours (at least 2). You see the total price for your clean, including VAT and your selected extras, before you pay.

If we can't provide your one-off clean, we refund it in full. For a subscription clean, we return the prepaid clean to your available balance. We also give you a free hour on your next one-off booking.
Yes. Move a one-off clean from your booking page up to 24 hours before, at no extra cost. Cancel more than 2 hours before for a full refund; cancellations within 2 hours aren't refunded. Subscription cleans can be moved or skipped up to 2 hours before.
You can book from tomorrow onwards, at least 12 hours ahead. There's no last-minute premium: a clean costs the same whenever you book it.
