How the subscription works
You pay monthly for the cleans on your chosen schedule.
Each prepaid clean is booked automatically.You can move or skip a clean up to 2 hours before it starts.
A skipped clean returns to your available balance, to book on another day before it expires.Unused prepaid cleans roll over for one billing month, then expire.
You can cancel at any time: no new months are charged.
Your booked and unused prepaid cleans remain available until they expire; payments already made are not refunded.

The rooms in your booking, every time. For the jobs a regular visit doesn't cover, like limescale, skirting boards and inside cupboards, book a deep clean first.

How the price compares
cleand's fortnightly rate is £20 an hour plus £3 a visit. Housekeep's median is £20.50 an hour plus £2.50. Some agencies advertise a lower hourly rate as a starting price, or as the cleaner's pay with the agency's fee charged separately.
