Standard price or club price?
Fantastic advertises its hourly rate for regular and one-off cleaning at the Fantastic Club price, with the standard rate shown crossed out. The club is a yearly subscription. Our chart uses the standard price, because that is what anyone pays without joining.
Its help centre also describes a processing fee and a handling fee on bookings. We couldn't find the amounts on its site, so they aren't in our figures.
End of tenancy
Fantastic sells end of tenancy cleaning at a fixed price that starts at a figure for each number of bedrooms, with the oven included and a re-clean guarantee. Its pages give different lengths for that guarantee, from 48 hours to 7 days.
cleand's end of tenancy clean is priced by the hour at the hours we recommend, also with the oven included. For homes up to 3 bedrooms in normal condition, it costs less than Fantastic's starting price.
Cancelling and stopping
Fantastic's free cancellation ends 48 hours before the start. After that its terms charge a fixed fee for a regular clean and the full price for one-off jobs, including end of tenancy. To stop regular cleans it asks for 7 days' notice.
With cleand you can cancel up to 2 hours before for a full refund on a one-off clean, and stop a subscription whenever you like.

It depends how much you book. The club lowers Fantastic's hourly rate for a year in return for a yearly fee, so it pays off only if you book enough hours. cleand has no membership: everyone pays the same price.
