For letting agents

An end of tenancy clean your tenants can book themselves

Give outgoing tenants one link. They see the price for their home, pay online and pick a day from tomorrow, and the cleaner works through the same checklist you inspect against.

  • Kitchen, bathroom and every room, oven included
  • Background-checked cleaners, insured by cleand
  • A free return visit, asked for within 48 hours of the start

How it works for your tenants

You don't book or pay anything. The tenant books the clean like any customer, and you can see it's arranged when they forward the confirmation.

  1. Send the link

Put it in your check-out letter or email. We can give your agency its own link, so we can count the bookings that come from you.
  2. The tenant books

Postcode, size of home, a day from tomorrow and a morning or afternoon arrival. They pay online; the price includes VAT.
  3. The checklist is cleaned

Kitchen and bathroom first, oven inside, cupboards inside, then every room.
  4. Anything missed is put right

If something wasn't done properly, the tenant reports it from the booking page within 48 hours of the start and a cleaner goes back, free.

Good to know before you recommend us

We'd rather you heard this from us now than from a tenant later.

  • Bookings open from tomorrow, at least 12 hours ahead. There are no same-day cleans.
  • The cleaner arrives in a morning (8am to 12pm) or afternoon (12pm to 5pm) window, not at a set time.
  • One cleaner works the whole booking, up to 8 hours. For a large or very dirty home, call us to plan it.
  • Carpet shampooing, outside windows and rubbish removal aren't included.
  • Each clean is paid by card when it's booked. There are no agency accounts or monthly invoices yet.

Ask for your agency link

Tell us about your agency and roughly how many tenancies end each month. We'll set up a link for you, with a discount for your tenants if you want one, and answer any questions.

We reply by email, usually within one working day.

We use your details only to reply to you. See our privacy notice.

Questions people ask

Yes. Whoever books and pays gets the confirmation and the booking page. When you book, you say how the cleaner gets in: someone at the property, a key safe, a concierge, or other instructions.

Not at the moment. Most agents use a key safe at the property, or arrange for the tenant or a colleague to let the cleaner in.

The person who booked can report a problem from the booking page within 48 hours of the start of the clean and ask for a cleaner to come back and put it right, free. Please check the property and report anything quickly, before the tenancy changes hands.

Every paid booking has an invoice in the customer's account. Prices include VAT. We don't run monthly agency accounts or invoice on credit yet; each clean is paid by card when it's booked.
