For landlords

A clean between tenants, booked in minutes

Every day a property stands empty costs you rent. Book the clean for the day after the keys come back, see the price before you pay, and let the cleaner in with a key safe if you can't be there.

  • End of tenancy cleaning for moving out or moving in, oven included
  • After builders cleaning when work on the property is done
  • A free return visit if something was missed, asked for within 48 hours

Between tenancies

An end of tenancy clean gets an empty property ready to show and to let: inside the oven and every cupboard, limescale off the taps and shower, skirting boards, doors and floors in every room.

If the outgoing tenant left it clean, you may only need a lighter deep clean before the next one moves in. The quote asks how much work the property needs and recommends hours to match.

After work on the property

New kitchen, a bathroom refit, a repaint between lets: building dust settles on everything and comes back if it isn't lifted properly. An after builders clean clears surfaces, sills, skirting boards, fittings and floors once the trades have gone.

Book it for a day or two after the last trade leaves, and before any furniture goes back in.

Each clean is booked and paid on its own for now. If you look after several properties, tell us how many and where, and how often they change hands. It helps us plan cleaners in your area, and we'll reply by email.

Questions people ask

Yes. Book with your own details and the property's address. You'll get the confirmation and the booking page, and you tell us how the cleaner gets in: a key safe, a concierge, someone at the property or other instructions.

Yes. An end of tenancy clean is for moving out or moving in: the same checklist, oven included, on an empty property.

In England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 stops landlords from requiring tenants to pay for a professional clean. You can deduct from the deposit only what it takes to bring the property back to how it was at the start, allowing for fair wear and tear. Our guide to getting a deposit back explains how disputes are decided.

Book any day from tomorrow, at least 12 hours ahead. If the date moves, change it from the booking page up to 24 hours before, or cancel more than 2 hours before for a full refund.

Each clean is booked and paid separately for now, at the same prices. Tell us about your properties with the form on this page and we'll talk about what would make it easier.
