The cleaner does
- Tables, chairs and seating wiped
- Floors swept and mopped, front and back of house
- The bar or counter and the front of fridges
- Customer and staff toilets
- Kitchen worktops, sinks and the outside of appliances
- Bins emptied into your building's waste
We don't do yet
- Extraction canopies, filters and ducts
- Degreasing inside commercial ovens, fryers and grills
- Pest control
- Outside seating areas and pavements

The quote sets out what's cleaned, how often, when and the price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Good to know before you ask
- Every cleaner passes a background (DBS) check and is approved by cleand, and every clean is covered by cleand's insurance.
- We don't hold keys. Most businesses use a key safe or an alarm code, or have someone open up.
- Tell us the times you need. The quote says whether we can cover them, and we won't agree to hours we can't staff.
- Carpet shampooing, outside windows, cleaning at height and rubbish removal aren't included.

No. Extraction canopies and ducts need a specialist contractor who works to the industry standard and certifies the clean. We clean the kitchen's surfaces, sinks and floors.
We price each site by hand, from its size, what needs cleaning, how often and at what times. Send the form and we'll reply with a price by email, usually within one working day. Our home cleaning prices are on the cleaning prices page if you'd like a sense of our hourly rates.
