Commercial cleaning

Cleaning for clinics, surgeries and practices

We clean the non-clinical parts of a practice: reception, waiting rooms, offices, corridors, staff kitchens and toilets. We don't yet offer clinical cleaning of treatment rooms to an infection-control protocol.

  • Reception, waiting areas and offices
  • Before or after surgery hours
  • DBS-checked cleaners, insured by cleand

What we clean, and what we don't yet

The quote lists exactly what's included for your premises. This is what a clean usually covers.

The cleaner does

  • Reception desks and waiting room seating wiped
  • Door handles, light switches and card machines wiped
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Patient and staff toilets
  • Staff kitchens and offices
  • Bins emptied into your general waste

We don't do yet

  • Treatment and consulting rooms that need clinical cleaning
  • Clinical or sharps waste
  • Cleaning to a written infection-control protocol

How a quote works

  1. Tell us about the premises

The type of building, roughly how big it is, how often you want it cleaned and the times that suit you. It takes a couple of minutes.
  2. We price it by hand

We read what you've sent and reply by email with a price, usually within one working day. If we need to see the space first, we'll say so.
  3. You agree before anything starts

The quote sets out what's cleaned, how often, when and the price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

Good to know before you ask

  • Every cleaner passes a background (DBS) check and is approved by cleand, and every clean is covered by cleand's insurance.
  • We don't hold keys. Most businesses use a key safe or an alarm code, or have someone open up.
  • Tell us the times you need. The quote says whether we can cover them, and we won't agree to hours we can't staff.
  • Carpet shampooing, outside windows, cleaning at height and rubbish removal aren't included.

Questions people ask

Not yet. Rooms that need cleaning to an infection-control protocol need cleaners trained for it, and we don't have that yet. We clean the rest of the practice.

We price each site by hand, from its size, what needs cleaning, how often and at what times. Send the form and we'll reply with a price by email, usually within one working day. Our home cleaning prices are on the cleaning prices page if you'd like a sense of our hourly rates.

Tell us the times that suit you in the form. The quote says whether we can cover them. We'd rather say no than agree to hours we can't staff.
