The cleaner does
- Desks, shelves and other surfaces dusted and wiped
- Door handles, light switches and phones wiped
- The kitchen or tea point: worktops, sink, outside of appliances
- Toilets and washrooms cleaned
- Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped
- Bins emptied into your building's waste
- Meeting rooms and reception tidied and cleaned
We don't do yet
- Carpet shampooing
- Outside windows, or anything that needs a ladder
- Taking rubbish off site
- Holding keys for you
How a quote works

We read what you've sent and reply by email with a price, usually within one working day. If we need to see the space first, we'll say so.You agree before anything starts
The quote sets out what's cleaned, how often, when and the price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Good to know before you ask
- Every cleaner passes a background (DBS) check and is approved by cleand, and every clean is covered by cleand's insurance.
- We don't hold keys. Most businesses use a key safe or an alarm code, or have someone open up.
- Tell us the times you need. The quote says whether we can cover them, and we won't agree to hours we can't staff.
- Carpet shampooing, outside windows, cleaning at height and rubbish removal aren't included.

Questions people ask
They dust and wipe the outside of screens, keyboards and phones if you'd like them to, and leave anything switched on as it is. Say in the form if you'd rather desks were left alone.
Yes. A single room above a shop is as welcome as a whole floor. Tell us the size and we'll price it.
