Commercial cleaning

Shop and showroom cleaning

Tell us about the shop, how often you want it cleaned and whether that's before opening or after closing, and we'll send you a price.

  • Regular cleans or a one-off before a launch
  • Glass doors and the inside of the shop window
  • DBS-checked cleaners, insured by cleand

What we clean, and what we don't yet

The quote lists exactly what's included for your premises. This is what a clean usually covers.

The cleaner does

  • The shop floor vacuumed and mopped
  • Counters, shelves and displays dusted
  • Glass doors and the inside of shop windows
  • Fitting rooms: mirrors, floors, hooks and seats
  • The staff room, kitchen and toilets
  • Bins emptied into your building's waste

We don't do yet

  • Outside of the shop window above head height
  • Pavement and shopfront jet washing
  • Moving heavy stock or fixtures
  • Holding keys for you

How a quote works

  1. Tell us about the premises

The type of building, roughly how big it is, how often you want it cleaned and the times that suit you. It takes a couple of minutes.
  2. We price it by hand

We read what you've sent and reply by email with a price, usually within one working day. If we need to see the space first, we'll say so.
  3. You agree before anything starts

The quote sets out what's cleaned, how often, when and the price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

Good to know before you ask

  • Every cleaner passes a background (DBS) check and is approved by cleand, and every clean is covered by cleand's insurance.
  • We don't hold keys. Most businesses use a key safe or an alarm code, or have someone open up.
  • Tell us the times you need. The quote says whether we can cover them, and we won't agree to hours we can't staff.
  • Carpet shampooing, outside windows, cleaning at height and rubbish removal aren't included.

Questions people ask

Some shops prefer a clean during quiet hours. Tell us the times in the form and the quote will say whether we can do them.

We price each site by hand, from its size, what needs cleaning, how often and at what times. Send the form and we'll reply with a price by email, usually within one working day. Our home cleaning prices are on the cleaning prices page if you'd like a sense of our hourly rates.
